Our involvment in Australian Shepherds began when my G.S.D "Tyke" passed away. Owning an additional G.S.D "Murk", I decided that he needed a kennel companion and that's when I was entertained with the idea of aquiring a different breed and sex to boot.
"Kaasha Double or Nothing" was sent to us from W.A. "Kaasha Kennels". "Porsha" is our foundation and we are proud to own her.

We are an active kennel in the Conformation, Obedience, Tracking & Herding arenas.    Over the past 20 years we have titled several dogs to Tracking, Obedience and Conformation Champions and have become heavily involved in Herding. To date hold current titles ranging from Herding Instinct to Started. We are now at the Herding Intermediate level and will soon be competing for this title..

Our aim is to produce Australian Shepherds that conform with the ANKC standard as well as sustaining good working lines coupled with sound temperaments and versatility. Our current breeding dogs are titled in Conformation, Herding , Obedience and Tracking. All have dabbled in Agility and are currently representing "Poruse Kennels" in the Conformation arena. I'm certain that if entertained with Fly ball or any other dog sport, they would excel. All are outgoing and love life! Our breeding stock hold current Eye Test Certificates & have been Hip & Elbow evaluated. Our current and future breeding stock are DNA evaluated. "Porsha" & Sire of the "Diamond" litter have been DNA tested & are CEA/CH "Normal"), All "Poruse" puppies are subjected to being conditioned through human interaction & environmental influences. They are registered, microchiped, vaccinated, wormed & ophthamology cleared prior to moving on to their new homes..

All "Poruse" dogs are trained by "Canine Etiquette".

were awarded their PT Titles on the 13/06/2009 at OES & Bearded Collie Clubs Herding Trial

Poruse Dually Equipped HT "Rig" and Poruse Dually Noted HT "Nickel"
were awarded their HT Titles on the 26/04/2009 at ASCV Inc Herding Trial

Dual CH (T) Poruse Diamond Showgirl CD HSAs
has outstandingly gained her Herding Started "A" sheep title.
"Charli" was awarded High In Trial and Highest Scoring Aussie with a score of 97/100 pts
at the ASCV Inc Herding Trial 26/04/08.

Aust CH Poruse Ruf Diamond CD TD HSAs
   has successfully passed his Tracking Tests 1 & 2 and has gained
    the status of Tracking Dog.
"Tank" was tested on the 13th August 2007 and 10th September 2007.

Dual CH (T) Poruse Diamond Showgirl CD PT
has gained her Pre Trial Test Title in two straight passes!
"Charli" was tested on the 14th & 15th July 2007.

Aust CH Poruse Ruf Diamond CD HSAs
gained his Herding Started Title in 4 straight passes
Final passes gained 13th May 2007.

Aust CH Poruse Ruf Diamond CD PT
     was awarded his CH title at Heathcote on the 29th April 2007
       BOB both days. All of Tank's Challenges resulted in BOB's!

        Lancefield Kennel Club Herding Trial 30/12/2006

     is our 1st Dual Champion. "Charli" gained her T. CH title 4/6/07.
